I have a client using a Viking doorphone connected to an ATA. The doorphone has a keypad that allows the visitor to dial an extension.
The only way we can get the viking to release the door strike is by enabling long tones via the feature code.
Unfortunately, this results in a door open code that is too long. F808**1234 or something like that.
The users all have T7208's so there is no room to program the feature code.
All help is appreciated.
