Help with Groupings

Hi.. We use Reports 6i on an 8.1.7 database on Windows.

I have to write a report for the following;

For each airport I need to show airport code, airport name, contract type, phone number, technician names.
There is multiple site types and multiple technicans for each airport.

I want the report to look like this;
Airport Airport Contract Phone Tech
Code Name Type Names
---- ------------- -------- ------ ----------
LAX Los Angelas Int'l CUTE/NT 310-555-1212 John Smith
CUTE/OS Billy Joe
APC Bob Jones

My problem is that because there is multiple contract types and technicians, the report lists all the same information for each contract type and then again for each technician name.

Any help would be great.

Group first by airport code and put airport name to the same group also, then group by contract type, and put phone and name into the contract group. Sounds like everything is doable with report wizard.
