help with file

i have my cv at

i have done this all by hand and i want to do this with xml. so i've read online and i cannot get the same fields to repeat all the different information which i must update each year.

does anyone have a template or a website that will show me how to do just this? so far, i have found only sites that demonstrate how to show one field of information and nothing more. i need there to be the possibility to add info indefinitely.
