Hi Im a total noob to exchange. I have installed exchange 2003 on our SBS Windows 2003 server. Do any of you guys know of a good tutorial which explains how to set up user mailboxes connect to our mail host and pull back to our server?

Connect to mail host and pull back? That's POP mail. You should try to do it properly.

Exchange 2003: Unleashed would get my vote (Rand Morimoto).

Yes that's true. Nonetheless, long term and POP don't go together.

See page 178:

You should know that the POP3 connector will only connect to the ISP and download mail every 15 minutes, so for customers that require real-time access to email, this isn't a great solution.

But it's helpful during a migration.
