Help with error en report Micros 3700

When i execute closed guest check, show an error #707 Error in File ...... If i select Open guest check from today, works fine but in closed guest check shows the error. Please help

what do you mean for : execute closed guest check ?

are you trying to reopen checks that where closed in previous days and fail to do so?

There is a setting in the Micros Configurator that prevent the editing of previous day checks

Configurator\System\Restaurant\Options\ allow editing of previous days checks.
Its poor business practice to reopen checks from previous days. Its best to manage that in BOH & in accounting packages. You can always create a void / reversal / check in the current day.

Sorry i don't explained the problem so clear.
I run in Autosequence & Reports - Guest Check - Open Guest Check
and after select the date range, appears a message #707=Error in File D:\micros\res\pos\reports\chk_102.rpt Query engine error.
when i clicked OK, appears the next message:
#519=Error in file D:\micros\res\pos\reports\chk_102.rpt. No print windows is opened.

No print windows is opened" is an error that I usually see when there are no printers configured on the system but doubt this is the case for you as from your first post it seems that the other reports are working and printing correctly.

since you are mentioning a closed check report, what are the dates range that you are using ? the check details only stay in the system for 15 days and you might be choosing a date that has no data - try choosing a recent date of no more that 10 days in the past

other than that it may-be a corrupted report
