Help with DataGrid question

First I apologize if this has been asked but at this time the search feature was under repair so I could not see if this is a repeat.

Anyways I'm trying to make a dynamic popup datagrid window where I pass my tablename, fieldnames and restrictions. I am doing this so I can just have one form to worry about instead of trying to maintain what would be about 20+ forms. I got the code to work properly to display the columns with the restrictions if any. I'm trying to find a way to add a select column so the user can select the row to return the row values back to my main form.

If you want to optionally add it, you can add a template column programatically like this:

The ItemCommand can then check the values of your row to setup the return.
