Help with CSG and web interface on the same box

Hi... I have "here a setup of web interface and csg installed on the same box... however I seem to be having problems with logging on via the web to access published apps. I get a successful logon but when I click on apps message read 'cannot connect to citrix servers... This has been test on the LAN and works fine. I have also checked ports... logon internally and spoken to the Firewall team all seem okay... Any ideas.......

Do you have the Alternate Address setup, and is it pointing to these in the Web Interface setup ?

I have some looking at that right now....... can you please advice if you have worked within an enviroment with a similar setup....

Arh that makes perfect sense thats why your the Man on here I have not got any info as yet still waiting on my work mate... I really don't like internal politics..

So is this a know issue as we seem to be having problems with Port 443 as well... any ideas Scott
