What kind of trouble are you having specifically? I looked over what you posted, and don't see anything wierd that jumps out. But at the same time, I notice you are running a great many resident security scanning softwares.

1) Symantec Internet Security.
2) AVG Anti-Virus 7.
3) Webroot Spyweeper.
4) Ewido Malware.

With all that resident, that'd be the first direction I'd go in troubleshooting the problem - I'd find it very hard to believe that these things would play with one another well, all being resident at the same time. In fact, I tried out Webroot one time, and had disastrous results (read crashes, poor performance, etc) simply because I had Spywareguard and Spybot IE helper going to conflict with it.

And if they did, I'd find it hard to believe that they wouldn't all grind your system resources to a halt.

Start by disabling the resident scanning functions on all of these softwares and then see if your problems don't go away. Then start by enabling one *CATEGORY* at a time (NO NAV resident scanner along with AVG resident scanner), and see if/when your problems would resurface.

but the following should be fixed:

besides that it is pretty clean... so the questions that Glenn9999 posted are valid...

I do have
1.) AntiViral
2.) Ewido
3.) TeaTimer
running along side each others without any hassle, the only problem I see is maybe with running Symantic Internet Security and Webroot...
