i want to provide my user with the functionlity that when he press a button against a date item. a calendar opens from which he can select a date.

Q-2
is there any resource available for foxpro which provide descriptive information with causes and solution of foxpro generated error messages.

Nice easy one:

ACTIVATE WINDOW "CALENDAR"

the day picked by the user is stored in the memory variable _DIARYDATE
