Help - using behaviors in tables/layers

I have set up a template using tables in Dreamweaver, in able to keep a consistant format.

But in doing this I am now unable to use behaviors on any objects within these tables, is this a problem with my installation of dreamweaver or is it something that you cannot do.

I will appreciate any solutions to this problem

If you want to use the same behaviors on all pages, just add them on the template itself...
