Can someone give me some pointers. We have a Definity Prologix r9.5 and are having some problems with Softphone Release 3.2.3.0
The problem is that on a few extensions (so far only 3) when they login with their softphone and logout, their 6400 series desk phone does not come back. Now loggin into the switching shows that the extension is still associated with a S0000* port, which is an IP port. So I have to manually reassign the port to the actual desk phone for it to work again.. Has anyone else experienced this? Is there some settings I'm missing? Also for the most part, they are usuing the Dual Connect mode, vary rarily are they using VoIP mode.
Any info would be greatful....
