HELP: Recover Menu options in Startup 1

Hopefully there's a way to do this, and hopefully someone can help me out.

I unchecked "Allow Full Menus" "Allow Default Shortcut Menus" from the Startup menu. Now I don't have access to the "View" and "Tools" menu. Please tell me I didn't screw up.

Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

As long as you did not disabled the Use Access Special Keys option, you can get the menus and toolbars back by holding down the {SHIFT} key as you start your application. This bypasses the Startup options.
