Help Publishing (File) Explorer

I need to publish Explorer (file NOT internet) on a Win 2000 MF-XPa (SP3) farm. Seems easy enough to do and yet can't seem to get it... Any help would be greatly appreciated!

make a copy of explorer.exe in the same directory, give it a new name (anything other than "explorer&quot publish that file

Ok, this may be a silly question but was it (Nfuse) done this way for a reason? I mean is this side-stepping security or any thing?

Hmm here comes a conspiracy theory.

TS on its own cant run seamless windowsy stuff, but we know that people launch apps from files not open files from apps.
What better way to force running a desktop, flimsy I know .
