Help Programming 7316e Buttons

I'm just starting out with CICS programming and I've run into a wall. There are a number of 7326e sets and they need 4 line appearances. I can programs every other feature to a key, but I can't figure out what to enter to make it a line appearance. Can someone help me out here or point to where it's listed in the manual?

I swear I've read the whole think twice and I must be missing something.

OK, I know it's bad form but I think I figured out the problem. After I exited programming and updated, lines 3 and 4 automatically appeared on B9-B12.
