Help Please: Merge config updating wrong location

We have several locations. I recently removed a Small IP Office box and replaced it with a 406. I took the Small IP to another location and programmed it with the local info. We are connected via MPLS from Sprint. When I left the new location Sprint had not completed the MPLS circuit. They completed it yesterday and I used an existing DSL connection to access the Small Office in the new location and program it with the new IP addressing info from Sprint as well as it's local exension info.When I create a new line in at the main location and program it and merge the config, My new location config is updated with extension data from my old location and my old location gets updated with extension data from the new location. I can program each location independantly with correct info and merge OK with the new location line into the main host site disabled and all looks good at each location. Then as soon as I enable the new MPLS line into the main location it immediately screws up the old and new location DS stations. My main location seems to be getting the two locations confused, but I cannot find out why. Probably something simple but I would appreciate all recommendations.

Close manager after merging and open it again, don't go from changing one site to another without doing this. I've had the same thing happen to me this is how I solved it.

Thanks for the response. But I have tried the following.
Delete line 185(new location) into my main location.
Remote to old location and correct configuration.
Merge old location, close manager, reopen and check new config
Remote to new location and correct configuration.
Merge new location from a local PC I have access to.
Close and reopen manager to check configuration.

At this point both location are correct and my old location is working properly.

Open my main location and rebuild new line 185(line from new location.
Merge config on my main location.
As soon as this happens both my old and new locations get the DS station extensions screwed up.

Seems like it is something in my main system or one of the two remote systems that is confusing the configs

Again all help is appreciated.

did you close manager in between the changes?

Pretty sure I did, but I will give it another try to make sure. Thanks and I will let you know what happens.

Repeated procedure and closed manager after every change. Problem is still there. My old location DS extensions are polluted with extensions from new location and new location is polluted with DS extensions from old location.

Still open for ideas.

When this happened to me I deleted the incorrect exts and and rebooted and everything was fine. REMEMBER TO CLOSE MANAGER.
