Help.... OUTLOOK - unable to locate component

After Outlook opens I get the following error message.

The appliation has failed to start because trAthW.dll was not found. Re-installing the application may fix this problem.

I removed Outlook and re-installed with no success. Googled trAthW.dll, no luck there either.

Any suggestion?
