Help on IIS 5 sites, books, docs etc.

I've been dropped right in the sticky stuff with our IIS administrator resigning, and leaving straight away.

Can anyone recommend any good sites, books or docs I can look at on administering IIS, and setting up sites, ftp access, and certificates.

Any help appreciated.
