my apprication for helping me...

i know this is a silly question...

here it goes...

when i type nslookup 192.168.xxx.xxx in dos, the message "can't find server name for address 192.168.xxx.xxx: nonexistent domain, default server not available, server: unknow, address: 192.168.xxx.xxx"

i tried to delete the "." and add my server as a host. it's not working...can someone please help me out...
