Help on CDK or Curses

I have downloaded your "Cdk Perl5 Extension" from CPAN and would like to port on VMS Alpha server. But whenever I am trying to install it gives me many error. I have basic DEC-C installed on my Alpha server. I don't know where to get curser and cdk library to compile this program. Cdk library link mention in readme file, doesn't work. I would appreciate if anyone could get me a compiled version of this code on vms for guide me how to make it work on vms.
