Currently:
I have a XP Pro workstation that when the user selects "Help" from an Office product, it says help is not installed.

History:
This workstation had Office XP Pro installed (I have to believe help was also at this time). We have since migrated this workstation to a different domain and it has had MS Frontpage "pushed" to this workstation.

Back to Current:
When I attempt to install the Help, it advises that the install sources do not match and to locate the proper PROPLUS.msi.

What is the best approach towards overcoming this?

Chances are when you installed Frontpage, proplus.msi got written over. The XP professional disk should have the proplus.msi file. You will need to extract it and replace it on the system before installing help.

The source from the original install was from a network install on the old domain (which is dead and gone). I'm assuming your advice was to get the proplus.msi from the original source, but that's just not possible.

Thanks... We will be pushing Office 2003 soone. It will be OBE then.

Thanks again.
