Help Needed with Lost Licence Key 1

I have a spare IP500V2 - the licence seems to be missing - the SD card 1300874372 - can anyone help with the keys please to allow me to get it working again

Thanks telecomtekperson for your help, seems the base unit is v7 with the card, seems I now have a spare power supply.

Do the base units loose all data when powered off for a long time, similar to a factory reset as it showed BASIC configuration on power up and trying search on manager.

I haven't seen units lose config even after we pulled some out of 2 years in storage, if you don't have the original configuration you'll need to initalize from scratch, sorry.

Thanks BFG9K - found another in storage, unit which when powered up (phones say barred) - when accessed with manager is says BASIC configuration. I do have the original configuration which I loaded and the system cane up ok.
Powered down a few hours later then powered back up "BASIC" again - is the IPO like the old Index system where the configuration is saved to memory every 24hrs.
I'm hoping it will stay up.

Sound like if the SD-Card is read only/defective, so that IPO is not able to store the config on the card.
