help needed for a newbie

Can anyone tell me where are kept the following objects:

Tasks(ToDos)
Calendar(Appointments)
Address(Contacts)

I assume they are part of the Exchange Store, but I don't know exactly.
Also an list with all the fields or something like that will me much appreciated or a link from where could I take that list.

All them you will find it in Microsoft Outlook, which is the part of Microsoft office application, Regarding the fields it is not clear please be precise.
