Help needed adding a PRI-T1 to Definity

I am working with a Defniity G3si. We currently have two PRI-T1s from the telco. We have ordered an additional one and it is physically connected to the switch. However, if I run status on the trunk it shows the ports as out of service near end.

I checked the signaling group but I am not sure what I am missing. Help is needed. Thanks.

I tried to type <b>test board</b> but it won't take that syntax.

I made a configuration change on the ds1 board settings and I am now getting an error on the far end.

When I run status trunk, I get an error beside each port:

OOS/FE-PINS

What does this mean?

I currently have the telco on the phone and they are bouncing to test the D channel.

There it is. All in service; I had the DS1 board CONNECT set to PBX rather than Network. Well at least its back, now I can go to lunch.

when press "Help" after test ?

Looks like your Login is non-super-user (display login cust)

OOS/FE-PINS Translates to Out Of Service/Far End-Pending IN Service. Meaning the Telco is the problem
