I need to convert a pre-release InDesign document to the release of 2.0. Please help fast!

Can you run both the pre-release and final retail version at the same time?

Select and copy elements from the old publication and paste into the new publication.

you cant open both apps at the same time. has anyone found somthing 3rd party to convert them.
