I need to know how to block people from using Telnet to our port 25 and sending out text mail. If I block port 25 then our outside rep's cannot use pop3 email. Is there a way around this?

Hold on! This could Hurt! I ain't certified by Microsoft!

If you leave port 25 open for outsiders, you will need to implement authentication, or selective IP addresses if they have fix one.
Better still would be to close the server for POP3 and have your outsiders use IMAP instead.
Or, yet another way is to change the port to something like 2525 on a seperate connector and only tell the ones who need to know.
As it is now, you are open for relaying!
