Help me understand my SMTP Log

Hi Guys,

One of my clients sent an email which was not received by the recipient, no NDR, nothing. I have identified the message in the smtp log but i'm a bit unsure what it means can you help? Here it is:

So thats it, i see a referance to user mailbox not availible but this recipient has been receiving emails from other people ok. i have checked the recipients MX record and it is the same one which is listed above in the logs so that seems ok.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Ok, i have since found out that the smtp code 451 means:
"451 Requested action aborted: local error in processing"

So, why was it aborted and what does local error in processing mean?
