How do I set up IntelliPoint 5.2 to scroll one page at a time with the wheel?

I used to change it in TweakUI. But now every time it reboots, it resets to 10 lines at a time. I've gone with every tab in Control Panel -> Mouse. What can I do?

Thanks!

It's MS IntelliMouse Explorer and MS IntelliPoint 5.2 on XP. The registry entry got changed every time it reboots with IntelliPoint installed. If I uninstall the software, it will stay put. However, I lost the tilt wheel then.

:(

Is the machine a laptop with a built-in track pad? The drivers for these sometimes override any settings you make. This happens on my Acer laptop and it's extremely annoying but I haven't found a way around it, I'm sorry to say.

No, it is a desktop with USB wireless intellimouse explorer

As a workaround can you amend the registry by way of a startup batch file, logon script, or similar?

ok, sorry to be simple here but you downloaded the right drivers yourself rather than letting XP detect it itself?

In the mouse options with the right drivers you should be able to set it there without needing to much around with the registry. I had similar issues with my trackball and had to download the right drivers from the microsoft site.

IntelliPoint does NOT have option for default scrolling one page at a time.
