Help - First Chart graph - maybe I misunderstand concept?

Hi,

Thanks for any help.

I have the following layout in my report:

Gp header = Street name

Detail group repeats (following 3 fields).

Service Date Item cost

Then Repeat of my Group header and details and so on.

I want a bar graph when each detail group ends per Street name - where if there are 8 service dates I want one graph box with 8 upright blocks and the field in the graph is my Value field, so my client can see a pictorial trend of increase or decrease in cost.

All i tend to get is one bock in my graph and only seem to find summary fields or count of being produced for my graph.

When you add the field you want to graph to the box on the right, click on the field name (right side box) and choose the "do not summarize" option that should be now available.
