Help filtering/sorting in exchange 5.5

I am trying to sort and or filter e-mails that are coming into an exchange server 5.5 account. Here is the layout of what I am trying to do. I have an account that is seen by the public say me@you.com. All my e-mail is coming in via that account. I am giving them specific subjects that I would then like to filter and or sort to different exchange 5.5 accounts for better internal distribution. I am trying to find out how this could be accomplished if it even can.

Exchange cannot sort out by subject, you will need 3rd party program or server.

Example:

Server: GFI Mail Essential to reroute email

Program: Outlook or Outlook Express to receive all mail to me@you.com, then redirect these email again based on specific message rules.
