I was just wondering what people would recommend as a web based Help Desk application? I'd really like something simple. I've been playing with PerlDesk, and it's almost perfect, but it's just a little too simple. Thank you for your suggestions.
I used Intuit Track-It. Has it installed for 3 companies. They are all happy with it. Go to blueocean.com for more info. It has Helpdesk, Inventory, Training, and more. You can audit all the systems and keep track of your network inventory. OK.. if type more, I'd sound like salesman. I don't like salesman =)
