HELP Cant Remove Veritas Exec V9 from 2000 server

Did you installed BEWS 9.x from a network drive? I think, the uninstaller does need the original *.msi file for load the uninstall-process...

Try this trick,
Copy the install binaries to the server having BE on it.
Run the BE setup.exe again.
Select - Repair installation
Answer any dialogs the may appear.
Once complete, reboot the system.
Then go to control panel -> Add and remove programs
Remove Backup exec.
