Help!! Can't figure out why? on subform

On a subform that is on my startup main form, has check boxes and those checkboxes stay checked on record 2,3,4,
... of the subreport>Only the ones I had checked keep showing checked.

How do I get them to be all unchecked until, I check them
myself. And to clear with each record.

Any Help would be gratefully accepted.

set the default value in the property palette to False
