HELP!!!!! CallPilot Fax is sending thousands of return receipts an hou

I have Desktop Messaging installed on my machine and I'm also the CP admin. I sent a fax out the other day to show a user how the fax will come to their CP inbox in Outlook. I stupid checked off the confirmation box when I sent and I literally am getting an endless loop (thousands) of sent sucessful confirmations over and over and over and as soon and I delete tons more come in. I have removed my fax number from the PBX, I have uninstalled Desktop Messaging on my PC and I have deleted my voice mail box several times.

As soon as I rebuild my mailbox and dont add back any fax number or even install the freaking Desktop Messaging then immediately my phone lights up and I have TONS of them rolling in again!!! HELP PLZ.....

andreasolo...what release is your callpilot and do you
know what peps are installed?you will need to have a
monitor,keyboard and mouse plugged into the server
in order to see what peps are installed.

We are running CP 4.0 and I was running CP 4.0 Desktop Messaging until I uninstalled it.

I will have to log in and check the PEPS.

andreasolo...i hope you did not install desktop messaging
from the cd that came with 4.0 callpilot software because
it is no good.let me know what peps you have installed on
your server and i will give you the latest and greatest
peps that you need and what desktop messaging release
that you need.

check this out! I just deleted my vm box again. I am logging in now to check peps.
Storage used: 7671.13 %
Number of messages in mailbox: 10153
Total Available: 15 minutes
Total system resources used: 1150.67 minutes

Well I tried to copy and past the PEPS but wont let me...the first one ends in SU025S and the last one C004S and many in between.

I can write them all down I suppose if want....

I ended up getting fresh copy of the CP DM 4.0 and now all is fine.

andreasolo...what are the peps you have on your callpilot
server lets make sure you are updated.and do you have a router on your clan that is blocking broadcast messages
from your network if not you need to get one or it will
fillup your hard drive and crash callpilot.will will
send you the peps you need in the next post.

of wierd problem you can have with callpilot and desktop
messaging it can take up to an hour to run.
you need Desktop_4040432_English_04May2007.zip for
desktop messaging this is the latest and greatest.
