Help! Boss wants to have Live Operator answer BEFORE Symposium

Ok, my boss wants a live operator to answer instead of only having the Call Pilot / Symposium scripting answer. Then have her transfer the call to the call groups.

What am I missing here? I think it can be done, but I am not 100 percent positive.

One method would be to remove the main CDN out of the master script. Your 'operators' could then pass calls back into symposium using other CDN values.
