4 basic ways to have speed dials:
1) Program buttons on your phone via Manager
2) Program speed dials in Phone Manager.
3) Program speed dials on your phone (depending on the model).
4) Install the TAPI driver on your PC and use Outlook or ACT as your speed dial list.
