Hello. I have written a little C application, and I need that run it like a service on Windows 2000 Professional. How do it?

Thanks, for your help.

You'd be better off posting this question in forum116 the C++ forum. Nate Gagne

You need the Windows 2000 resource kit. The files needed are srvany.exe, srvinstw.exe, and instsrv.exe.

If you can find them for free - those will work for you. There may be 3rd party applications to do this, but as a programmer - you should have access to these tools. Get your boss to spring for the Resource Kit for ya.

Hope this helps..
