Hello all,

How can i tag a call ? (see picture below)
I know how to tag but in this case i have to tag without the forward module.
I hope you understand me [ponder]

End agent must know the caller's language choice before answering the call.

After the language selection, branch to 1 module for each language, where you can tag it in the transfer action
 
Not tried it but worth a go with a Generic action on each branch set to $TAG:$LOC

Stuck in a never ending cycle of file copying.
 
You can tag in transfer action on voicemail pro module or in icoming call route in the manager.

Or put a basic action after the langage selection.
