I have a request to add a headset for a Norstar M7324 phone. Do I need an amplifier? Does Nortel make headsets? Any suggestions on brands, etc. Thanks.

No, you do not need a amp. has lots of headsets and styles.If you turn phon over you will see a jack next to handset cord jack that is for headset.

nortel sold their headset manufacturing to gn netcom. hello direct is very pricey. graybar is your best bet. the part# for the over the head model is lb2110std01 $85.00 and the over the ear part number is lb2117std01. graybar 800-531-4766 ask for molly. they have to be special ordered from netcom and if you dont make a minimum order it can take 3wks. hope that helps
Found my notes, but scott answered. Gn Netcom has some great headsets and even wireless that work great on Norstar. Headset Depot has them cheap and does repairs
