Headset for Both Telephone and PC

Our receptionist has a headset connected to her telephone. She would like to also be able to listen to her PC with the same headset. Does anyone know if this is possible and, if so, how? Thank you.

I have one, it seems to work well. I have done SIP calls from my PC, and then phone calls from a deskset just by switching buttons on the unit.

Both Plantronics and Jabra have multi-function base units which let you use the same headset with a phone, a PC, and a cell phone (via bluetooth).
