Head to Head V10 vs V11

I finally have convince the powers that be here at my company to upgrade our CR software from 8.5 and I am interested in hearing thoughts from everyone on which is the better direction to go Version 10 or Version 11? I know most would say go with the newest but like a new car that's on the market it is pretty and has all kinds of bells and whistles but when you get it home you find all the bugs that were never discovered or worked out ahead of time....So anyway let's hear your thoughts or perspectives.

Here's my short list...

CR 10 Pros:
1) Took care of a lot of the connectivity issues that existed with CR 9.
2) Is (in my experience) as stable a version as CR 8.5 was/is.

CR 10 Cons:
1) No dynamic parameters

CR XI Pros:
1) Dynamic and Cascading parameters in the house!!!
2) Images can be linked from a path stored in the database. No more being forced to save images to a db just to get them to print on the report without code-wrangling.

CR XI Cons:
1) The parameter entry screen is (IMHO) horrible, with minus 1,000,000 points for BizObj for not using a 'classic' Date Time Picker control for Date/Time parameters. It invokes a little IE window with a calendar on it, instead of a drop-down calendar.

Like I said... short list.
