In SCO "hd" gets you a hex display with ascii translation. Is there a way to get this same service in linux?

Hi,
I use the hexdump command. See if you have a man page on it.

'od -x < yourfile' is a pretty platform independent method.

'od -c' is also a very useful form of output.
