Having some issues in IP office 400 Digital Station

Digital station is completely down. its not registering with IP office.
Its showing some errors "LEDtick::slip error"

How to fix this issue?
please give some tips is anyone available

Replace psu and digital station module seems to be the best option.

As a last resort you can DTE into the Digital Station module and use AT-X to erase the firmware. Reboot the whole system and see if it functions properly after it reapplies the firmware to the DS module. While I generally try to avoid that if you currently have a paper weight you have nothing to lose.

Replacing the unit may be not necessery, take these steps first:

1 disconnect all phone leads and power down IP Office, power cycle the DS unit till a green blinking light shows up(if it stays red goto step 3), power up IP Office
2 replace the blue cable with a 1 mtr shielded CAT5 cable > power down IP Office, power cycle the DS unit till a green blinking light shows up(if it stays red goto step 4), power up IP Office
3 If 1 does not help, replace the power supply > power down IP Office, power cycle the DS unit, power up IP Office
4 If still no luck replace the DS Unit, do NOT use a serial cable if you haven't done this before, you will end up with a bricked module which has to be replaced. Then it is better to replace it directly.
