Move all your frames over one, create a new layer
create a new keyframe in the first frame design your loading page...click on the frame, and go to the actions menu, and select "if frame is loaded" The variables will be IF WHAT frame is loaded, then you put a goto&play action in there, that goes to your second frame, or whatever.
