We have a Nortel 61C. Customer calls the 1-800 number and it goes to several ext's set up with an internal dn. How is the 800 number forwarded to this internal dn?

The carrier may be sending you a specific DNIS number for that 800 number if you have a T1 connection or they can send it to a DID (switched service).
The DNIS is just an extension on your system.

Using 2 PRI'S and internal DN is not a DID.
