Have a 5.1 server and are unable to login to it

I have a 5.1 netware server. with 15 user license loaded. and am have a problem with login in to this server. we are able to login kinda? i have a user that can and can not login i am only able to get her to login if i reset her WinIPCfg. so i go back to the server to see what is up and it say on the screen that updated connection licenese failed. Error # c0001001 )user name.tree.context. this say it to all the user that have tryed to login in to the server. i started nwadmin32 and yes there is 15 License loaded a servers license loaded

who can you tell if myou have a 5.0 to a 5.1 server?
 
Need more info..
What service pack?
How about your backup software?
What about virus protection software?
How long have you been having this error?
What has changed since before you stared seeing this error?

(This one happened to me, too.)

BTW, Novell sez:

Possible troubleshooting steps:
1. Make sure DS is healthy
2. Unload and reload NLSLSP
3. Verify that all license objects are in the tree
4. Add a R/W replica of the partition the server resides in to the server
5. Put the latest NLS files on the server (NW5SP6a)
6. Delete and recreate the licensing objects

When I got the problem, #2 did the trick for me.

Thanks for the info i got the user to login.
I have bought a new server for that site with 6.x sp1 just makeing me roll it out sonner then i wanted. but that will do the trick. thanks for the info
