You will need to provide more information than that. What kind of client is she using, what firewall/VPN concentrator is she connecting to, what OS does she have, and most importantly what error, if any, does she get when trying to connect? If you can get the answers to those questions from her you might already know the answer, if you do not know it those answers will help someone here figure it out at least. Is she using any personal firewalls? Like symantec personal firewall perhaps? that could be blocking the traffic from the client. Or the machine needs to be reset to work right. Or it has been reset and now the active NAV software has quarentined the executeable (I have not actually heard of this happening). It could be many, many things. Especially on a home/personal machine like this.
