I have a M300 with 64 MB. Vintage is 1998 or 99. I'm upgrading to 128mb. Does anyone have a clue as to how you install the memory? I can't figure out how to get it apart. I have scoured the manuals for this info and it is not there. Any help appreciated in advance!!!???

Brands are different, some have a removeable plate on the bottom, some have to remove the palm rest/bezel, some have to remove the keyboard to get to the socket.

I got it figured out after digging around a bit. You have to pop the key board out by releasing three small locks at the top row of the key board. Be very careful as this is spring steel and it bends very easily! Thanks for your help though!
