has anyone hooked up a 3626 with an orinoco wireless access point?

have a 406v2 4.1

just got a 3626 and tried to hook it up to the wireless access point (Orinoco AP-1000). got the phone to come up, but cant hear any voice on it. i can call/ring any extension and any extension can ring the cordless 3626 phone but no voice is heard on both sides.

i have put the AVPP address in the IP OFFICE manager and did a reboot.

i dont know if i need to change something on the wireless access point?

we have a couple of ip phones set up in and out of the office, so i dont think its a IP ROUTE issue????

any help would be great!!

how do you find the firmware version of the phones?

never mind!! got it to work. i needed to download the latest firmware for both the SVP/AVPP server and the 3626. after that, the phone came right up and started working!

the old firmware works with the 3.2 version of IP OFFICE and lower.

Firmware is here..

Make user the phone has IP Office Enabled in Phone settings, make sure the noise mode is set to Normal and set the license to 9.
