Hardware for BIND server

I am going to setup a nameserver for a mail server I am going to run for our business. Will P4 1.8 GHz with 256 MB ram be enough to run this? I already have an offsite machine to do secondary dns.

I still have a production Bind server running on a P120 with 128MB of RAM. No problem.
