Harass/Crank trace back

I have a Definity G3si R8 and an Intuity Audix voicemail. One of my users is concerned over the number of crank/harassing calls left in their voicemail. The calls never ring at the handset only a message is left in the voicemail. I do not have a call accounting package installed on the system. Is their a way I can track and provide a report of all activity on this station with the purpose of discovering the source of the messages? Please advise.
 
If the calls never ring on her station, then most likely it is one mailbox sending the message to her mailbox. If u do 'display activity xxxx' for the subcriber then u should be able to see where it came from. If u have bought the rights to caller id for the Intuity, u can see where it came from the outside.
Does she recognize the voice of the caller? Maybe u could forward the message to all users and ask them if they recognize the voice?
It is possible that a caller could call her station and hit the 'go to cover' button to make it go straight to voicemail, but I think that it will still ring a half ring.
I would look for a savy user that asks too many questions about the pbx, or the assistant adment person.

I have a DID (hunt group) setup so callers can dial audix, enter the party's extension, and go straight to their voicemail (the party's phone will not ring). The vm box is setup as an automated attendant.

Maybe the harrassing caller is accessing the vm box in this fashion, perhaps?

 
It sounds like they are using the Auto Attendant to get in or right off the bat, the user would here, Voice Message from "ext or name"

Sounds like someone's kid is trying to call mom at work and having fun with the Audix system.

 
As orypecos mentioned, there is a Green Feature you can purchase on the Intuity that will record Caller ID. So when a message is left, it will say, "Call from ext. 802XXXXXXX" Basically pulling the ANI. The feature runs between $2-$3k...

The individual reported another series of messages in their voicemail. I'll try the "display activity" and see what it reports. I want to try to avoid having to purchase additional product just to find the source. If this can be done with the items that I already have it would be perfect. I will let you know of the outcome.
 
U could always have your legal staff find out what kind of penalty there is for leaving those messages and ad that to her voice mail message.
I bet she knows who it leaving the messages. People don't do most things like that to just one person for no reason. It might be a very stupid reason, but they still have a reason.
